Kerala State Chalachitra Academy chairman Priyadarshan Saturday publicly apologised for dropping Malayalam films from the competition section of the International Film Festival of Kerala (IFFK) Priyadarshan came out with the apology after protests were aired during the Open Forum. He promised that 'Adimadhyantham' which was dropped from the festival would be shown during the festival.
IFFK artistic director Beena Paul Venugopal told Manoramaonline that the film 'Adaminte Makan Abu' which was dropped from the fest would also be shown in the Malayalam cinema section.
