Mankatha, Ajith's 50th golden jubilee Mankatha has taken the best ever Box Office opening for a film in 2011.It is stated that the film which was directed by Venkat Prabhu and was produced around a budget of 40 crore has earned Rs 130 crore in box office. Mankatha opened big and made a comeback for Ajith. The film which got released 31 August 2011 completed its 100 days run last month. Sun Pictures team has now officially announced that the box-office collections earned by Mankatha is 130 crore. The film is produced by Dayanidhi Azhagiri under the banner Cloud nine productions.
