Rathinirvedam in Telugu a big hit

The Telugu dubbed version of Swetha Menon's much hyped flick 'Rathinirvedam' which was released in Telugu with the same title on December 16th is topping all charts. It has become an instant hit under the SVR Media Pvt Ltd banner across Andhra Pradesh.

According to Sobha Rani of SVR Media, the highlights of this romantic flick are Swetha Menon's performance, beautiful locations, songs and cinematography. This film is based on the love story 'Rathinirvedam' written by the famous author Late P Padmarajan. In 1978, 'Rathinirvedam' starring Jaya Bharathi was a super duper hit film and also earned critics accolades. Now the same was remade in Malayalam with the same title and it became a big hit. The screenplay and direction was handled by T K Rajeev Kumar.

The story of 'Rathi Nirvedam' is about a woman named Rathi. As she senses that a guy who is 5 years younger to her is in love with her, the way she expresses her emotions through her facial expressions is something the audience has to watch. The entire film is on the backdrop of two families.
